Specimen Information
All specimens are mounted on treated timber, logs, stumps, posts etc., (where appropriate) and/or fixed to a polished base. |
| Why not have your specimen mounted on one of my own cast artificial replica stones/rocks? (£15 to £40 depending on size). |
| Please bear in mind that all preserving measures are carried out to the full every time, (even on prey mounts and dead game) using the latest up to date equipment and materials, not to be confused with the work produced by commercial taxidermists. |
Postage
Use Royal Mail Special Delivery at your post office Mon-Thur. This guarantees that it will reach me before 12pm the next day, an excellent service, never failed yet. (I don't use 24hour Parcel Force as they sometimes take three days to deliver).
Send in a sturdy cardboard box. Pierce the bag so the specimen won't sweat and surround it with polystyrene pieces, screwed up newspaper etc, include your details and how you want it setting up.
